March in Pattaya is already hot.
But when the Music Festival hits, the city goes one level higher.
This year’s theme is “PATTAYA WAVES GOT RHYTHM,” with four weeks of FREE festivities spread across four venues and a lineup of well-known artists spanning all music genres, from March 6 to 28.
Whether you’re here for a few days or living in Thailand like I am, this is the music event of the year in the region..
Here’s what you need to know, plus my on-the-ground tips to make the most of the concerts.
🗓️ Dates and venues for Pattaya Music Festival 2026
The 2026 festival is announced across 4 weekends in March (Friday + Saturday)on 4 locations:

Weekend 1 (March 6–7, 2026): Pattaya Beach
The opening weekend takes place on the central beach, along the main promenade.
This is where the crowd is the thickest and the energy the most electric.
Arrive before 5pm if you want a decent spot.
Artists: 4EVE, ATLAS, PERSES, VIIS, TIGGER, DA Endorphine, BLUE PONGTIWAT.
Who is it for?
K‑pop and idol fans, and anyone who loves a high‑energy, festive atmosphere right in the city center.
If you don’t know 4EVE yet, get ready, their fanbase is very enthusiastic.
Weekend 2 (March 13–14, 2026): Jomtien Beach
Atmosphere: easier to breathe, more relaxed, more space to move.
In terms of lineup, this is the most eclectic weekend.
Artists: LOMOSONIC, TAITOSMITH, JOEY PHUWASIT, PARADOX, D GERRARD, Fiixd x 1mill x 19hunnid.
Who is it for?
Fans of dance, rock and rap.
Paradox and the trio Fiixd x 1mill x 19hunnid represent the top tier of Thai hip‑hop.
If you want a varied night with real musical surprises, this is the weekend to pick..
Weekend 3 (March 20–21, 2026): Samae Beach, Koh Larn
This time, the setting turns into a tropical island backdrop where you can listen to music with the sound of waves and sea breeze around you.
Koh Larn is reachable by ferry from Pattaya (around 30 baht, departing from Bali Hai Pier).
Plan either to leave early or stay overnight on the island..
Artists: BOWKYLION, The TOYS, BIG ASS, WANYAi, GAVIN:D, PURPEECH.
Who is it for?
Couples and groups of friends looking for something a bit special.
The TOYS and BOWKYLION are among Thailand’s most loved indie artists.
Add the island setting and a night on site, and you’ve got the most memorable edition of the festival.
Weekend 4 (March 27–28, 2026): Lan Pho Park, Naklua
The finale takes place in a greener setting, at Naklua’s public park.
Less touristy, more local.
And a big bonus: the Lan Pho seafood market is right next door.
Artists: F.HERO, PiXXiE, MEAN, DEPT, NANON, JAONAAY x JAOKHUN.
Who is it for?
Families and food lovers.
F.HERO is a Thai hip‑hop legend, and NANON is hugely popular with younger audiences.
Before the concert, you can treat yourself to a fresh seafood feast at the nearby market.
Because if something goes wrong, you quickly realise hospital bills in Thailand don’t cost the same as your pad thai.

How to get there?
From Bangkok
The simplest option: bus or minivan to Pattaya, then songthaew, Bolt or motorbike taxi.

- Songthaew : cheap and practical
- Motorbike taxi : fastest when traffic freezes
- Bolt / Grab : useful but expect cancellations when crowds peak
For Koh Larn
Ferries leave from Bali Hai Pier at the end of Walking Street.
- Public ferry: about 30 THB environ
- Travel time: 35–45 minutes en général

The smart move is to stay close to the weekend’s venue.

📍 Practical tips I wish I knew earlier
Traffic reality
Around concert time, some beach areas become extremely slow or partially closed.
Don’t aim to park right next to the stage. Park at a mall and finish on foot or by bike taxi puis finis à pied / moto-taxi.
What to bring
- Powerbank (network + videos drain fast)
- Good walking shoes (you will walk)
- Small fan if you hate heat + crowds
Best arrival time
Before 5pm for a decent view.

Faut-il réserver des billets à l’avance ?
Non. L’entrée est 100% gratuite et aucune réservation n’est nécessaire.
En revanche, si tu veux être près de la scène, arrive dès 16h, les meilleures spots partent vite.
Quelles sont les dates exactes du Pattaya Music Festival 2026 ?
6-7 mars (Pattaya Beach), 13-14 mars (Jomtien), 20-21 mars (Koh Larn), 27-28 mars (parc Lan Pho, Naklua).
Si je vais au concert sur Koh Larn, je paye le bateau en plus ?
Oui, le ferry reste payant : 30 baht pour le bateau passager classique, ou 150 à 200 baht pour un speedboat.
Ce n’est pas grand-chose, mais surtout, pense à réserver ton hébergement sur l’île bien à l’avance.
Les logements se remplissent très vite les semaines de concert.
Y a-t-il des restrictions d’âge ?
Non.
L’événement se déroule en espace public, ouvert à tous, enfants compris.
Juste un conseil si tu viens avec des petits : évite la zone juste devant la scène, c’est dense et très bruyant.
Le festival est-il annulé en cas de pluie ?
Non, sauf tempête sévère ou risque électrique grave.
Mars peut réserver quelques pluies imprévues, glisse un imperméable dans ton sac (tu en trouve dans les 7-11), ça prend zéro place et ça change tout.
